Jarman on equities, over-optimism and a 'titan' trade

Investors are becoming too optimistic; that's the view of H20 Markets' Equity Strategist Michael Jarman. As the S&P 500 continues to rise, it's just had its seventh quarterly expansion, the key question for traders is for how long gains can be maintained. Michael says the momentum is on the upside, but you have to take a cautious perspective and stocks are likely to "get tired", he says, and weaken over the next quarter.

With ECB easing action getting underway in the eurozone, Michael says he's overweight Europe and the UK. He's noticed that one company in particular, Titan Cement, looks set to outperform. Based in Greece, he says the firm will benefit from an increase in spending and construction and he can see a forty percent implied upside.
