Neighbour: Banking on a Lloyds bounce

Lloyds Bank shares have "moved nowhere" over the last year according to Joe Neighbour. However, the shares are moving again and there's been a fourth bounce with the possibility of another bounce in the share price.

Joe says the shares have broken though a long-term down-trend line and have closed at the highs of the session. Bullish divergence on the RSI signals the chance of another bounce.
