How low can EURUSD go?

There's been another fall in EURUSD this Tuesday, not least after the latest eurozone inflation data which fell to a five year low in September. Ken Veksler, Director of Accmen Management says an EURUSD level of 1.25 by the weekend is entirely possible and there could still be further falls to come.

Much depends on what Mario Draghi, the President of the European Central Bank, announces at its monthly meeting on Thursday. Ken is expecting much more clarity on the ECB's Asset Backed Securities Programme but has concerns about the collateral the central bank will be using. Ken considers the merits of other currency pairs and for how long the dollar strength story can last.
