Hansen: How to trade crude after another volatile week

It's been a mixed week for commodities. The price of crude has again proved volatile with Saxo's Ole Hansen noting that both the top and bottom have been tested. He says both inventories and production have risen to multi decade highs. But he believes the falling rig count will start to have an impact.

Moving on to grains and they are up 1.4% on the week, mostly thanks to soy beans. Hansen explains the story behind this move.

A sell off in both the nickel and silver have pushed industrial and precious metals down. In terms of the nickel, over supply is affecting the price. But Hansen thinks that the fall in silver is down to speculators finally reducing their exposure to the upside.
