Neighbour: Playing Sports Direct

Joe Neighbour, portfolio manager at Central Markets Investment Manager, has spotted the improved performance of Sports Direct shares.

After around a year of corrective moves lower, recent weeks have seen the shares begin to form a bottom with a series of higher lows. Yesterday the shares accelerated through resistance and made a new high on a relative basis to the FTSE100.
Joe expects the stock price to follow.
Stop: 640 pence
Target: 745 pence, almost 11% from current levels.
