O'Neil: USDCAD is heading to 1.45 amid 'this perfect storm'

There's a perfect storm for the Canadian dollar, according to trader Michael O'Neill, and that's why he's predicting USDCAD could rise to 1.4500 within weeks. Falling oil prices, upcoming elections and a possible US rate rise mean there's little to stop the loonie depreciating still more.
