#SaxoStrats - Why a slower China won't stop Peugeot

French car maker Peugeot has lost around 10% in the last week because of the Chinese economic slowdown. But Saxo's Mads Koefoed points out that it's still gained more than 60% this year.

He says the company looks cheap compared to its peers. Margins have already widened due to significant cost cutting, he says. That may not continue but he believes Peugeot will be helped by the low Euro and increasing European spending growth.

Mads is looking to buy at the market while placing a STOP at EUR 3 below the entry price and a step of 0.31.
