Van-Petersen: Key currency crosses to look at this week

With so many central banks meeting this week, Saxo's Kay Van-Petersen discusses the currency crosses he's looking at. While USDCHF has done well, he's now long AUDCHF. He expects more downside from EURUSD and explains why he's long AUDNZD.

Van-Petersen also looks at equities and how best to trade the year-end. He says that even though Eurozone equities were up last week, he thinks it's all rather lacklustre. He is though still long Euro Stoxx 50.

Kay explains why he favours US biotech firms as well as the Russell 2000. Key to all this is the Federal Reserve meeting on December 16th and that likely interest rate rise, he says.
