Lambert: Shorting the DAX as China turmoil hits other markets

The DAX this week fell below 10,000 for the first time since October as the big sell-off in Chinese equities spread to other markets, says Clive Lambert, who is looking to short the German index.

Lambert expects the DAX to open higher at around 9,975 and is looking for Thursday’s gap to be filled. He will sell below the gap at 10,093 with a stop above 10,130 and his target for the trade will be a retest of yesterday’s low at 9,810.
