Expectations fading ahead of Doha meeting: Hansen

Oil prices have rebounded ahead of a meeting between OPEC and non-OPEC producers in Qatar to discuss a possible production freeze, but now expectations appear to be fading, says Saxo Bank’s Head of Commodity Strategy Ole Hansen.


He examines the likely outcome of the meeting and why pressure may have eased on producers to come to any agreement with firm commitments. Ole also looks at where oil prices may go next depending on the outcome of the April 17 meeting.
