Zynga's "enormous risk and high valuation"

Struggling web game maker Zynga has a new boss! And it's not just anyone. The firm is bringing in Don Mattrick, the former Chief of Microsoft's Xbox division for $50 million. The question is - will he be able to work his magic?

Zynga saw an 18% drop in revenues in the first quarter of 2013 compared with the same period last year. But since the announcement that Don Mattrick will take over as CEO, shares have jumped 11%. Worth noting though, that Founder Mark Pincus (pictured) will still retain 61% of his voting power - so who is actually in charge?

With all this in mind, should investors be encouraged or stay clear?

Lea Jakobiak speaks to Saxo Bank's Peter Garnry and Harvey Elliott, chief executive of Marmalade, as well as Dean Mitchell, a 'Gamer' who spends at least 10 hours per week playing video games online.
