Trade idea: Search for profit in Google

Google is the focus of Serge Berger's trade this Monday. Serge, also known as "The Steady Trader" says that going into September, stocks in general may have been "choppy", but the tech sector has shown strength. He adds that Google has now moved up to a 50-day moving average, which is an important level as the stock "respects it very well".

As a result, Serge is looking to buy at $886.60, is placing a stop at $870 and his target is $925.

Google, which is now the world's number one search engine, celebrates its 15th Birthday this month.

The internet company bought Motorola in 2011 and a new Moto X handset is expected towards the end of this year.
