Lucas: Why 2014 is not looking good for the Aussie

Steve Lucas from 3c Analysis is firm in his belief that the Aussie Dollar will continue to falter in 2014. Lucas is already short on the aussie and is anticipating that this will be the proper position to maintain. The currency stalled at a 62% correction this year and broke yearly market lows. For 2014 Lucas is targeting .8066 which is the 2010 low.

In the equity market Lucas is expecting to see a large correction coming in March. He believes that the bullish sentiment currently present in the market will continue early on in the year, but will decline once tapering takes effect. Equities are still a buy in the long-term according to Lucas as he seems they rallying by the end of 2014.
