Lambert: Why I'm short euro dollar

On Monday Clive Lambert decided to short euro dollar as the pair was looking weak; he believes this is still the case and plans to do it again today. On Monday he placed a stop at 1.3581 and he says that area has since capped upside.

His two targets for this trade are 1.3510 to take some profit and "lock in" a winning trade, and then 1.3430 on the balance.

The euro briefly fell against the dollar on Tuesday after the closely-watched German ZEW economic sentiment indicator came in below forecasts, potentially signalling some softness in Europe's largest economy.
