Coleman: Volatility in EURJPY

Volatility in the EURJPY market has caused support levels to break and Ian Coleman from First 4 Trading is looking to sell at the market open.

Prices had been holding within Ichimoku cloud levels, before increased selling volumes on Wednesday around the market highs. Support levels near the 139.35 mark broke and Ian is forecasting the EURJPY to fall further.  The presence of an ABCD formation would pull prices down towards the 161.8 percent level around 137.83.

Ian is looking to sell at the market open with a stop placed above 139.40. His two targets are set at 138.26 and 137.83, the second of which is the price level set by the ABCD formation.
