Apple's solid core offers growth

Brian Colello, Senior Equity Analyst at Morningstar, discusses why he thinks Apple's (AAPL) Economic Moat is widening and reaffirms his fair value estimate of around $570 per share.

Apple shares are way below their 2012 highs but there’s still potential for gains, based on the strength of their core business, according to Brian Colello.

“We think that Apple is a good example of a company with a widening moat…Apple’s doing a much better job than handset makers in the past.”

Apple’s business model which ties customers into the company’s itunes regime is seen as its key advantage over rivals.
