Veksler: Watch out for the 'stand-out' level in EURUSD

EURUSD remains "soggy" this Tuesday; the words of Ken Veksler, the MD of Accument Management.  He says it will be interesting to see whether it will test the "reaction low" of last Thursday during which barrier protection at 1.3500 held well. Thursday saw Mario Draghi, the ECB President, announce new stimulus measures for the Eurozone.

There's still speculation as to whether the ECB's actions will weaken the euro more convincingly. Ken says there's a "stand-out" level that needs to be broken, In the meantime, trading will be mostly range-bound and investors need to take advantage of short squeezes.
