Boston Federal Reserve governor Lael Brainard spoke yesterday and according to Christoffer Moltke-Leth, director of global sales trading at Saxo Capital Markets Singapore, she employed her typical dovish tone.

Moltke-Leth thinks that Brainard has pulled back expectations of a September rate rise and he believes that the chance of a 2016 hike is now 50-50.
