The price action in the market seems to suggest that the US Federal Reserve will not hike rates this week, but Saxo Bank's Kay Van-Petersen remains convinced it will. He takes a closer look at the assets likely to move if and when the Fed does.

Van-Petersen also highlights what to watch out for on Thursday, when the Fed announces its decision as well as how this may impact emerging markets. He says that in the wake of the downgrade of Brazil, emerging markets will continue to be a big theme in the market regardless of what action the Fed takes.
